Tom
McCarthy
General Manager
Tom has been a
professional in the restaurant business
since he was 17. He started as a busboy for
Leona Helmsley @ the 60 East Club. Since
then He has worked in University
Foodservice, Casual Dining, and Fine Dining.
Tom has held a position in every restaurant
jobs, everything from a dishwasher to
General Manager. Today he joins our Markers
team to bring his experience and insight to
manage our great restaurant. He currently
lives in Ft. Greene, Brooklyn with his 50"
High Definition T.V. Great Service Means

Michael
Fiore
Corporate Chef
Michael Fiore is an alumnus
of the Culinary Institute of America with
over 16 years of restaurant experience. He
has trained in top restaurants in New York
City with chefs such as David Burke &
television personality Lidia Bastianich.
Michael has also trained in London, England
at the world renowned La Gavroche and is the
chef & owner of both Tempo Restaurant &
Tempo Presto located in Park Slope,
Brooklyn.
Tempo was voted top new restaurant of New
York City by Zagat & received 3 stars in the
Daily News. He has also appeared on The
Today Show cooking up some of his signature
dishes with Matt Lauer.

Executive Chef
Quality and Quantity - I will never skimp on
either one. My goal is for you to leave
Markers with both your taste buds and your
appetite completely satisfied. I hope you

and that our menu has something for you no
matter what you’re in the mood for. My team
and I work hard on creating specials every
day that compliment our famous burgers,
